For our geriatric psychiatry department, we are looking for a nursing specialist (m/f/d) with the qualification of nursing expert APN (Advanced Practice Nurse) who is committed to supporting our nursing teams and actively participates in the design and optimization of our patients' care.
As an APN nursing expert, you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others: Individual, specialized care of patients with specific illnesses, symptoms and care problems. Advice, guidance and training for patients, relatives and the professional groups in the interdisciplinary team. Planning and conducting case discussions, evaluating the patient's care process. Leading working and project groups. Concept development. Implementation of evidence-based care interventions. Planning and conducting evaluations based on scientific quality criteria. Mentoring and support for student and academic nursing staff. Participation in training, further education and teaching. Nursing science supervision, support and management of nursing research projects, and writing publications. Quality assurance and support with audits. Active involvement in the design of a nursing ward/area. Advising the management. Expanding and actively shaping the role of APN nursing expert.
We expect:
You are a registered nurse (m/f/d). You have a university degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in Nursing Sciences, Advanced Practice Nursing or a comparable course of study or are currently completing such a course of study. You have sound specialized nursing knowledge. You have comprehensive nursing and nursing science skills. You have organizational and communication skills and a sense of responsibility. You have a high level of social competence and the ability to coordinate cooperation across professions. Commitment and the ability to work in a team are, of course for you. You are open to new structures and process optimization and are willing to break new ground. You are interested in further education and training.
